The lift is 11' 6" tall fully extended. We recommend at least 12' clear ceiling height for safe operation. If your ceiling is lower, the overhead shut-off bar will stop the lift before contact.
The motor runs on standard 220V single-phase, 60Hz. A 30-amp circuit with a dedicated breaker is recommended. Most home garages already have this for a dryer or compressor.
Yes. The lift must be anchored to a minimum 4" thick reinforced concrete pad rated at 3,000 PSI. Anchor bolts are included.
